If you want to be always cute and healthy, do the daily walk for at least 25 minutes, walk fast, or do a walk-jog, and you will feel the flow of your blood smooth and your heartbeat relaxed. If you do this all the time, rest assured, you will decrease your weight. I am able to maintain my weight of 53 kilos.
While 25 is great, I've always aimed for 30 minutes of walking because it's the most recommended.
While walking for less than 30 minutes can still provide some health benefits, to reap the most significant advantages, aiming for at least 30 minutes of walking per day is generally recommended.
Add on 5 more, it can't hurt! :-P
 
If I do a 25 minutes work daily and doesn't remain cute, @Starmix25 I'll be holding you responsible 😂. I'm just kidding. It doesn't matter if it makes me cute or not, what's important is that it will help to keep me healthy. I do an average of 7,000 walk daily.
Oh my, 7,000 walk daily is awesome. I can only afford 3,000 steps a day. Try to check your weight, I do not believe you did not become cute🤣

It's easy meeting my daily steps target. I take a morning work of 15 to 20 minutes and do the same thing in the evening. Adding with the ones I cover at workplace to make it complete.

That is a good exercise going to work walking . For sure, when you combine all going and reaching home plus at the workplace walking around make your daily quota perfect.,

It's only when I'm not working I might find it hard to meet up with my daily steps target without having to walk extra for it. I don't worry about it that much during the weekend.

But we also have to eat right, LOL. That's where some people go wrong. 25 minutes of walking a day is great and will do magical wonders but if you go home and eat like crap after that walk, it was for nothing.

I'd suggest getting your heart rate up if you're a healthy person.

Maybe fast walk for a little while and then return to your regular walk. I've been losing about a pound a week from cycling at least 3 to 5 days a week and hiking two days a week. I also get all my steps and standing goals in for the day.

It all really boils down to how we eat, though, at least if you want to maintain your weight.
