In today's busy life, I see lots of people with obesity and overweight turning towards dieticians for a diet plan to help them cut down the excess weight. However, I have noticed that the consultation costs a lot plus, it is not just a one-time-thing. If you look at the diet plans, you would be surprised to see million different kinds of food items for one meal, each requiring a certain preparation. And these are spread out in a day. It is like you are actually tasting food throughout the day rather than eating. That may be a good idea, until you have that changed weeks after weeks. I feel all these costs are unnecessary as long as you watch what and how much you eat regular food. What do you think? Are dietician worth it?
