Game show veteran Chuck Woolery who hosted the original versions of Wheel Of Fortune and Love Connection, died Nov. 23. He was 83.

Woolery’s passing was announced on X by his longtime friend and Blunt Forth Truth podcast co-host Mark Young.

“It is with a broken heart that I tell you that my dear brother @chuckwoolery has just passed away,” he wrote. “Life will not be the same without him.”
 
Oh man this is some sad news. I used to watch Lingo on the Game Show Network and he was the host of that as well. I didn't know he was the original host for Wheel of Fortune until today. RIP Chuck.
 
Chuck Woolery was a very popular television host. I’m one of those who enjoyed watching him. He was friendly and joking. We will all miss him.
 
Chuck Woolery was a very capable guy who accomplishes much. He was involved in radio hosting games, played music and even had a podcast. Many people knew him, and all those people will have him in their memories.
