Think back to the very first time you watched a music video. What song was it and do you still enjoy this song? Or was it a video for a song you don't really care for, and just happened to be channel surfing and thought the video was interesting? Mine was the music video for Metallica's The Unforgiven. I was a toddler at the time, and my father was watching either VH1 or MTV. I was sitting on the floor not too far from the dresser the tv was on. My cat Bullet came over to me, and I think he bit me too since I pulled his tail. :ROFLMAO: Now every time I hear the song, I think about that moment. Here's the video if you've never seen it before. There's even a few sequels to the song, but I never watched the music videos for those songs.

I don't remember the very first, but one video I remember from being very young and being at parties with my cousins was Shakira - Hips Don't Lie. I also remember watching the video for Waka Waka which was one of the theme songs for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa and I think might have been by Shakira too. I was about 12-13 during that and it was one of the great songs I remember from that summer.

I really don't remember.

But I do remember Tom Petty's Last Dance with Maryjane being one of the early ones I remember. Great singer - hated to lose him!

I really don't remember.
I can't recall the specific either, but the most memorable was Linkin Park - One Step Closer.

As it came out around the time that we were finally able to get satellite TV which came with MTV/MTV 2, when they actually played music videos.
