Building muscle while following a vegetarian diet is possible, but it requires careful planning. How do you ensure you are getting enough protein and nutrients for muscle growth? What are some of your favorite plant-based protein sources like legumes, tofu, or seitan? How do you balance your meals for maximum muscle-building efficiency?
 
I think it is possible, but it will be difficult.

Milk/egg/chicken are some the most protein dense food in the world. Vegetarians might find it difficult because plants are not protein dense and hence will have to spend more time in muscle building compared to the others.

Additionally, there is a problem of hidden hunger where there is vitamin B12 deficiency as they are not seen in vegetables. So, this problem additionally complicates muscle building.
