Music is widely regarded for its emotional and psychological benefits. It can be of help or therapy for mental health issues. Research shows that music can be good for mental health. Music can give some lyrics that speak peace directly to you. It has made a big difference in helping people cope with mental issues.
 
Music is great for mental wellness but I still prefer the traditional therapy like taking medications. That is not to say that music is not good to relief stress. Of course, it is a way to get out of mental stress, but taking medication is better.
Music is not to replace your regular medication but to assist you in coping your conditions and soothing your nerves.
