fitness Can I still exercise if I'm feeling sore from a previous workout?

This general fitness thread covers all aspects of fitness, including workouts, nutrition, wellness tips, lifestyle changes, and fitness advice.
From my point of view, it is better to rest if that happens, the next day you will probably be able to train normally again, or if there is an area that you did not train and you do not have pain, training that part would be optimal, if your upper body hurts, you can train your lower body, and vice versa.
