What will happen when you combine religion and politics? I think it's possible. Religion defines what is right and wrong for us and encourages us to be good members of society. Politics is not dirty, we can have our politics with our faith intact and it’ll not affect each other. What do you think?

This thread covers all aspects of ideologies, including beliefs, principles, traditions, policies, and their influence on society and culture.
Actually politics is purely religious. Even though you can see people denying that religion has to do anything with politics, religion is deeply ingrained in politics. All the political problems are purely religious.
I do believe that faith and politics are compatible. I think that many of our political decisions should be made based on our faith principles. However, we should know that it's not acceptable because people should be allowed to enjoy their freedom while at the same time should not force us to embrace their ideas.
Politics highly corrupts religion, but, nonetheless, anti-religious forces can be so strong that some political/religion unity is needed for defense maybe.
