Although many people see art as an activity that exposes social problems but the outcome normally fails to bring true social change. Visual art mainly inspires its own followers not people outside their group.
All kinds of arts always attract a large following. And being able to send positive messages through art would definitely contribute to social change. From movies, to music and even fine arts, they can be harnessed as tools for positive change.
