Recently, I started to cut carbohydrates in my dinner and replaced it with vegetable salads and some cut fruits. However, I was having cravings for food in the night and decided to work around this tragedy of mid night foods destroying my diet.
I discovered that add small raw baby corn cobs into your salad significantly reduces your cravings and hunger because it a lot of fibre and you need to chew and cut it with your teeth and jaw so that creates a feeling of fullness in the stomach.
