Movie information in first post provided by The Movie Database
It has been years since I've watched Armageddon. I remember enjoying it for what it was and going back to it now, I was amazed by a few things I saw. First of all, the cast of characters that they've amassed here is absolutely wonderful and for the most part, everybody's really playing it straight. Billy Bob did really well. It has a remarkable cast and it's an over the top and out of this world space adventure. I had a great deal of fun watching this and it’s really hilarious. The people are playing their roles so straight that I do appreciate the choice and direction they acted.

The movie was incredibly funny to watch. Not only that, you’ll get to enjoy a large-scale end of the world entertainment too. Despite being an old movie, the effects still hold up and the story is incredibly entertaining. Whether you want to enjoy the adventure part of the story or you want to laugh more at ths silly elements of the story or whether you just want to hang out with a bunch of fun, it is something that works in all those levels. There is something to enjoy for everyone. Have you watched it? How did you see it?

I loved the great wealth of characters that we get in this movie and they all get a little bit of time to shine. The special effects works so well in my eyes. I particularly love the asteroid sequence at the end where things are just going crazy. The firing towards earth was really fun. It's something I could see myself watching again and it's hugely entertaining. Have you seen Armageddon recently?

I like the way this film keeps things light by distracting with some truly funny moments. It's one of the best realistic films I have watched and the attention to detail here is actually really commendable. I also read that many scenes were shot on-location at real astronaut training facilities. That's absolutely mind blowing! We can see this in the cast wearing real NASA spacesuits. That’s probably the only civilians to ever be given that privilege to do that. I don't know if I'm wrong though! It's indeed a movie you wouldn't want to miss.

This is a science-fiction drama directed by Michael Bay. It featured an impressively large cast and that's really amazing. Armageddon is a movie that holds up today. It's precisely what I expect from Michael Bay and it certainly delivers as expected. It's a non-stop adventure and it's also with a lot of terrific visuals and characters. It's a movie you wouldn't want to miss.
