Sometimes a movie hits every single thing that I love. This movie got it all! History, checked, space checked, exploration checked, heroics checked etc. Apollo 13 forever becomes one of my favorite movies of all time.

On the journey to the moon, an oxygen tank explodes which slowly killed the service module. This is a story of survival of beating the odds of innovation and intelligence. Some persons died during a routine test by a fire in the command module cabin. It serves as a reminder that things can go wrong at any point in time and it also tell us that some people are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice to ensure success.

This movie reminds us that exploration is very dangerous. We saw men walking on the moon which is technology at its best. Apollo 13 is one of the best examples of investment and characters. The story is in space and that's where the excitement is. This film is perfectly paced. I give it to the cast and the crews. They did an excellent job. Apollo 13 is a perfect movie to watch. I recommend it.

It's very rare that I don't have at least one negative thing about a movie. I know that sounds super cynical but it's true. But to me, Apollo 13 is a perfect movie. It is the perfect story to make a movie about overcoming almost impossible odds. A story about the power of problem-solving abilities of our brain. One of my favorite performances in the entire movie is Ed Harris as flight director. This movie is hilarious. I love it so much. I think it's better than star wars. Do you believe me?
